Faded grandeur, once a pretty fancy hotel it is now a bit tatty around the edges but that is part of it's charm, lovely big rooms. It's a long way from the station, don't try to walk it if your bag is heavy, just get a taxi. Good ramen place next door. There is a shuttle bus to take you back to the station on departure.

David

Exception value to stay in a major hotel in Osaki. Free shuttle to onsen station. Even though I arrived extra late. The staff welcomed us with open hands. When we leave, we got treated with warm Japanese style VIP greetings. We will definitely book again.

Adeline

Large well-equipped Japanese-style room. Free shuttle back to the train station. Great onsen!

Benoit

friendly staff; ground floor rotemburo; great roof top bath; enjoyed the dinner service

Pfmaguire

The Onsen was good, and the Lawson directly across the street made things easy.
